Visited this office one. They were sufficient enough but I felt rushed when I met with both the esthetician and the doctor which says a lot because I was there almost 2 hours between the two. I also had an issue with my insurance covering some of the prescriptions. I called the office and left a message asking for alternatives or help with submitting physicians approval form. That was 5 days ago and I have not heard back.
However, what I’m most exasperated with is that I received a survey today which I filled out rating most things as fair (scale of rating was poor, fair, good, very good, extremely pleased). At the end of the survey, there was an open field to type my feedback/review. I deleted the prefilled feedback (which was singing the praises of the office and the doctors) and left it blank. Within minutes, I got an automated email from the office using my name to recommend their office with a quote from me - the exact wording of the prefilled feedback in the open field of the survey. I don’t know if it was a mistake that I got a referral email addressed to me “written” by me?
Based on this, I vehemently do not recommend this office as they seem to have a deceitful practice of reviews and referrals.
