There has been a big change in customer service since the office changed locations. A family member was recently charged for services/product she did not receive. When the office was notified of this error, it took multiple attempts over several days, they finally disclosed they had gotten approval to refund her, but made it seem like it was as a favor, not as an error on their part and stated they were canceling her membership when paid in full. For those of you who are on monthly billing for products and services, please make sure you are not being charged for things you did not receive.
