Nov 26, 2024I thought the doctor was rude and seemed uncaring, and I wasnt impressed by his knowledge, or lack thereof. So I decided not to have him do the facial procedure I wanted. But I had to pay a $100 consultation fee. I was informed by three office staff that this fee could be applied to any other of their services, but not towards skin care products, and that I had 6 months total to decide, and to use the $100. Well, I called back to make an appointment within 3 months, went in for a consult for a skin care procedure. I couldn't decide what to do, so was advised not to worry, I could decide within 3 more months. So I called back to get an appointment, within their time frame. This time I was advised that wasnt true and it was too late for me to use the $100. So 3 people in that office lied to me about this. They had a whole new staff when I called back, big turn over, so no way to prove what I was originally told. They would not honor the previous promise made by three of their staff, and was told they wouldn't apply this to skin care anyway... so $100 down the drain. Seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this place. So do they think I was making this up?? Why would a person do that. I definitely would NOT recommend going to this place!! Lord help whoever might get an actual surgical procedure... who knows what they might be falsely told!! Complete and total waste of time and money. My fault for going to a place that charges for a consultation anyway. Most of the really good doctors don't need to do that, and most don't need to rip off their customers by not standing by staff promises!
