I had the upper face 360. I paid $3,700 for what would be my foundation. I had no foundation results or visible changes after such investment. I figured I would let them know and these are 2 paragraphs of their email!

Looking at your before/after images, we agree that your results are almost undetectable; however, please hang-in-there, you’re treatment results are only half-done! Keeping your appointment next week for Step 2 of the procedure is important.

There are times when patients understood our 2 step process, but expect to see at least a 50% improvement after their initial treatment. When that doesn’t occur, they are hesitant to return and invest further. It sounds like, you may be contemplating the same.

Update: I had decided to leave this alone and let it be, but after the process, they were very nice and gave me 2 options, I can come in and get free syringes or I could get my money back. When I refused the free service due.to lack of trust and personal options, they denied my request and pretty much said we don't care if you are happy with your results we are not refunding any thing. Not to mention Dr. Mabrie sending a condescending message asking if.I was going to mention my great nose job, a service I refused and he said I needed, so I said yes, and I will also mention how you pushed me to do this. Now, I have pictures and emails to prove that the service and lack thereof of professionalism is not worthy of praise nor referrals

If you felt unprepared for the second visit or the possibilities of not seeing visible results after your 1st appointment, I’m sorry.

They did explain in this email how I need to come back and pay for more. After insulting my financial status, my lack of comprehension and me as whole.

Do not put you face in their hands.
