May 2, 2024Went for the coolsculpting. Before making the appointment I confirmed if they had the largest applicator because the said some days it’s at Ashburn. They confirmed it was available that day. When I went it wasn’t available and they asked if I want to reschedule. I didn’t because I had already taken off of work that day for this specifically. I got two applications on my upper abdomen done with the small applicator and asked if the price matched and they said no. Later there was no follow up at all. No phone call. No “how did the procedure go”. No follow up to see results. Nothing just money hungry. Although cool sculpting does work I won’t be going back there. I’ll be going to a medspa place from now on and shop around. This was in July 2018.
