Been going to this office for 3 years now seeing Dr. Baldwin. After going through four other dermatologists to deal with a very rare acne disease, she has been the only that has been able to diagnose and find a method to treat me. Dr. Baldwin is an awesome highly educated dermatologist 10/10 would recommend. Unfortunately, the staff and customer care department is the worst ive ever dealt with in my life!!!! Can’t even handle the smallest tasks without several follow up phone calls to ensure it was completed. Highly undertrained, care-free department!!!!!!
Dr. Baldwin has now left this office and is in the Brooklyn office (although the staff has refused to tell me that). Considering they realize they are now going to lose a lot of patients!
Save yourself the trouble and go directly to Brooklyn to see Dr. Baldwin!!!!!!
