If you want your family member to Die then this is the place to take them. I rate them a ZERO on doctors, hospitalist, and the House Manager John! My mother was a transfer to them she arrived on Tuesday 9-1-2020 and they did nothing! She was bleeding and needed to have surgery. The doctors did not communicate with each other the urologist Dr. Swafford said she wasn't bleeding when you could see it plain as day in the bag. We asked for a different doctor and they said they would get one. They finally did a scan on late Thursday and the same Dr came in that we said we didn't want to see anymore. Told her she needed surgery and would have it Friday. They stopped her food and drink at midnight for the surgery. They didn't come in until Friday evening and told her the Dr had a family emergency on a holiday weekend and wouldn't be back till Tuesday. They said they would transfer her out. We waited and waited and still nothing. Around 8:30pm they told us she was accepted at another hospital and would be transferred the next morning. She sat all day and her blood was down to a 7.7 from a 12 when she arrived and we couldn't find out anything. They wouldn't give her a blood transfusion even though she needed it. I raised my voice and asked for a higher up person. I spoke to John and he told me that he couldn't tell me anything even though I was on her papers for anything I need to know. He hung up on me. She did not get transferred until 9-5- 2020 at 10:00pm. The nurses we're great with my Mother the whole time. The doctors, hospitalist and house manager we're awful in there treatment. I will NEVER be back to this hospital and will not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to die. *Photo included of the bag of blood when the urologist tried to say that she wasn't bleeding.
