Dr. Ransom and his staff were amazing! Every aspect of my experience from beginning to end was flawless and outstanding!

I am 54 years old and after losing 40 pounds, I knew I wanted a neck and lower-face lift. I was very nervous about which doctor to select because there are so many options with many different styles of practices. I knew I wanted a doctor that specialized in facial plastic surgery and on the cutting edge of the newest technology. Naturally I wanted a doctor that I could trust and would be completely honest with me! Ultimately, I wanted a doctor that would strive to create the most natural looking results without visible scars. I am happy to say that Dr. Ransom is an artist and he was able to fulfill my wish! It’s been more than six months since my surgery and I have a beautiful jawline, the sagging of my neck is completely gone and my facial scars have been camouflaged into my hairline. My face looks natural and refreshed with no evidence of plastic surgery!

Other than Dr. Ransom’s excellent work as a surgeon, he was extremely efficient, very sensitive to my needs and has great bedside manner. Dee and Julian were always very friendly yet professional! This team as a whole was very efficient and always punctual!
