Had a procedure done here a few weeks ago and was very satisfied with my experience from the start with my consultation. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable and heard. I feel as though my money was well spent and so far I’m happy with the results (will update this if that changes). Dr. Knowling has stupendous bedside manner and is one of the greatest doctors I have come into contact with!! He makes you feel heard, valued, and gives you a realistic course of action to get to where you want to be. My husband and I very much appreciated his and the staff’s involvement in the couple days following my surgery as well, checking to make sure we made it home alright and that I was healing okay. Outstanding patient care does not go unnoticed!
I was initially going to give it 5stars but if I’m being honest, each time I’ve gone in for follow-ups, it’s not been as great. Nothing significant, it’s just not the AMAZING service it had been and I don’t want to give a perfect score if I feel like there’s room for improvement and I do - Just because I’ve given you my business and money already doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still make me feel important (directed at the staff, not Dr). May have to do with all the COVID messing with their normalcy, but nonetheless, it is a great place to go and I would definitely recommend Dr. Knowling!
