Surgical staff is fantastic but the admin/consulting staff needs to be more responsive, proactive, and focused on detail. Hence the one star off (I was debating b/t 3 or 4 stars). I had to constantly remind them to send me important documents or prescriptions. I was missing a prescription which I didn't know about a full day after the surgery. There's too much burden on the patient to constantly check with staff on what I need which is tough b/c I've never gone through this procedure before.

I would also like more post-op follow up checks from the team making sure the first week is going smoothly. There has been none outside of me contacting them.
