Awful Experience

5 months later I still look the same as before. This was a total waste of money. I reached out to the clinic and have been requested my MEDICAL RECORDS since June and in September I haven't received yet stating ge hasn't completed his notes.
It's scary. I need my records so I can get someone to fix this. Total waste of money and lack of communication and professionalism. Stay away.
