No to Rhinoplasty

I paid for rhinoplasty where I stated multiple times that I wanted to lower my bridge/profile so my nose would not appear so large. Dr. Carpin suggested that I also fix a deviated septum due to my nose curving to the right and she wanted to add a lift to the tip. When I came out of surgery I was in excruciating pain in the nose area but was confused as to why I had no bruising around the eyes. She stated that she did measurements using photos the night before surgery on my nose to face ratio and concluded that it was HER belief that my profile was fine for my face, all she did was cut cartilage inside the tip. She did not mention this at all in the months leading up to surgery. She did not touch the bridge at all, which is the only reason I wanted the procedure. The cartilage that she did work on in the tip of my nose did not lift, in fact, it dropped which created an unattractive hump in my nose that was not there before and my columella hangs. The deviated septum remains the same. I told her was not happy with my results at every follow up and she kept insisting it was just swelling. After I was completely healed she admitted that the work she intended to do did not come out like she had hoped and offered a recommendation to a different doctor. She did nothing to compensate for making my nose appear worse that what it did when I went in for a consultation.
