As a business owner myself who strives to give people the best service I was beyond impressed with the level of service I received here. With all of the bad experiences with businesses people tend to have nowadays I was just blown away with the quality of service I received here throughout my entire experience. Going into my consultation I felt very welcome, they set expectations and I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Starkman personally, go through 3D imaging and my goals and even with Dr. Starkman and the entire staff I never felt pressured by their office to go with them and go through the surgery through them; they wanted to make sure they were the right fit and that I was completely comfortable and understanding of everything first. I live alone, and I never throughout the entire process felt like I was alone. They were consistent with checking in, I let them know I wanted to go over my imaging one more time before surgery and they scheduled a zoom with starkman right away to ensure everything was good beforehand. A couple of days before surgery I got a personal call from Dr. Starkman to personally check in on me, which I really appreciated. The day of surgery I watched Netflix in my own room for the couple of hours beforehand and when I asked after for some Tylenol they gave some to me to help with the headache I had. They consistently checked on me after surgery throughout the weeks and even sent me healing flowers, which were honestly so comforting to have around during my healing process. They even wished me a happy birthday yesterday! I know even sometimes I can be a tough customer to deal with because my level of expectations are so low anywhere I go now I tend to be a little demanding to avoid any BS and there was none, so I apologize ahead of time if I was difficult to deal with in any way 😅 Thank you so much Dr. Starkman and the office staff! It's so good to know there are still other businesses out there who value their clients as people and don't only treat them as just another number. Your integrity, quality of work and level of service is DEFINITELY noticed.
