Nov 24, 2024I had a full tummy tuck in May 2020. I opted not to have liposuction at the same time and I feel like as a plastic surgeon, Dr. Mandell-Brown should have explained to me that having lipo done at the same time would improve the results. I have very noticeable "dog ears" on both hips that I absolutely hate and they make me very self conscious. I was told in one of my first follow-up appointments that they would be no issue to fix and it was a quick in office procedure. 2 years later, I still have them and now was told they can not be fixed unless I have liposuction done. I am now stuck with results I hate unless I opt to pay another $8,000+ out of pocket for another surgery. I wish I was happier with my results but I'm not.
