Nov 19, 2024I did not have a good experience. The front desk lady was kind and warm. But after that the intake lady did not understand what she was doing. I had to repeat myself several times, even when the surgeon came in, she was asking how to note the measurements. Surgeon did not know where the tape measurement was , when taking measurements, neither she or the surgeon had gloves on, the intake lady was touching underneath my belly, close to the V area without gloves. After they were done, both walked outside the room they had placed me, and I overheard the surgeon telling her to give me the higher quote. Surgeon didint have pictures ready to show, instead I had to wait for him to send prior surgery pictures from his phone to his laptop then show it to me. I got my quote it was twice more expensive than other similar practices I had consulted with. The atmosphere in this practice was very unprofessional. For obvious reasons I decided to get my treatment elsewhere.
