Jul 3, 2025I scheduled an appointment via a referral as a new patient nearly 2 months ago and was told 3-4 weeks later that the surgeon had to reschedule.. Because the surgeon decided to go on vacation the week of my appointment.
I had an appointment today and was running 10 minutes late but they refused to accommodate.. Telling me that the surgeon has to go pick up his kids. The receptionist on the phone even doubted that I was that far away noting “That’s where I live, you’re not 10 minutes away”. I waited 2 months yet you can’t wait 10 minutes?
I’m getting a new referral. How can I go to a surgeon who won’t respect my time but expects me to respect theirs? If feels like they don’t know how appointments work.
Trust me. Go somewhere where your time is respected.
