Completely disorganized staff. They had to redo my contract three times and after signing and providing my initial deposit they disappeared. Would not answer phone calls and took weeks to respond to emails. They then refused to refund my deposit. There are a lot of other options in Miami, I highly discourage potential patients from seeking a consultation with Spectrum Aesthetics. If this is how they conduct their business, imagine them actually operating on you?
