My review is only of the office staff, not the doctors. I’m very disappointed that I won’t be seeing the doctors. I made an appointment and was told it would be complimentary. Upon arrival I confirmed and was told I need to pay. I’ve made other consultation appointments because I want to find a doctor that I like, so it’s a question I always ask. I was told that I’m wrong - which is fine. Maybe I made a mistake, but the delivery was curt and dismissive. The entire vibe was exactly the opposite of what I want from someone that I’m trusting my face with! I’m in the service industry and even if the mistake is with my customer, I would at least offer a smile and an apology, especially when the customer is calm and kind. Class isn’t just necessary with the physician when I’m choosing an office.
