I made a liposuction consultation with Dr. Neavin based on a recommendation from a friend, and I was not disappointed! Dr. Neavin and his practice manager Michelle are kind, caring, and professional. My initial consultation with Dr. Neavin was great, and I felt like he genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns and the results I wanted to achieve. He answered the questions I've had in detail and made suggestions that could enhance my results. After speaking with him, I felt so at ease that I decided to book my surgery within a couple of days of my consultation.
In the weeks before my surgery, his practice manager Michelle kept in touch with me and answered any questions I had about pre-op and post-op care. She even helped with aftercare accommodations by looking for nearby hotels to stay at and helping me book them. She did all this while having recently experienced a leg injury. She is a true rockstar!
On the day of the surgery, I was nervous and scared since it was my first surgery. However, Dr. Neavin and the clinical staff made me feel at ease. The day after the surgery, I had a post-op check-in. However, instead of going to Dr. Neavin's office, he did a house call to the hotel. I couldn't be more thankful because I was still a bit nauseous from the previous day's anesthesia.
It's been a month since my surgery, and even though I'm still a bit swollen and recovering, I'm loving my results and couldn't be happier with my decision. If you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure, I recommend Dr. Neavin. You will not be disappointed. He is kind, caring, and highly skillful.
