The Dr's office gradually opened after the pandemic . I was scheduled to come for a consultation with nurse Maureen. I tend to be very observant of communication go so I'll start from the beginning.

Upon arrival the sign said call before you enter . No answer. I walked in and the receptionist straight ahead made this face and noise of being bothered. I checked in and took a seat then Maureen came out and took my temp . I think I waited about 15 min. Not a big deal .

We went into an office first to discuss various treatments and procedures. then in an exam room took photos. I noticed a black round bug crawling up the corner of the wall behind me after I happen to turn my head for a photo. Oh you are very observant she said.

We discussed VOBELLA . I agreed to try it. Without any alcohol or sterilization on my lips Maureen opened a bottle of numbing cream and slathered it all over my lips . She then focused on my LOWER LIP but I really wanted upper lip slight enhancement .

After about a two weeks of bumps and pain the product not smoothing out I called . The office was closed . Then Daisy called me to set up another appointment and when she verified it leaving a voicemail to come in TOMORROW which was a FRIDAY and not a MONDAY which was my appointment I drove back and yes it is a hike and the office was closed.
I called and left voicemail and then heard back from Maureen .

She did apologize but I can tell she was annoyed by my complaining.
She asked me if I had a cold soar and I guess she was getting at the possibility that I might have herpes ? I told her no I don't have HSV now and never had it . Then she asked if I had a canker soar. Again NO!

She told me if I want an injection to dissolve the product she do that . And i said then what did I pay for then? She said we can refund your money . The day finally arrived so I can go back and show the condition of my lip. After asking me again if I have HSV or canker sores I told her NO. I said I was not pleased with the outcome there is no difference in the appearance and asked for a refund.

Then she complained about the cost of the product that is cost the office $200 and told me she can refund me half . I asked where Dr. Churchill was and am I ever going to meet him ? Then she said Dr. was in surgery doing a FACELIFT and was going to ask him if she can refund me .

Upon her return I was told I am being given a full refund and am DISMISSED FROM THIS PRACTICE. Still trying to wrap my head around going into surgery with no PPE to have a conversation with the Dr about this .
