Dr. Anup Patel Thank you so much for everything you did  to save my hand and to give me back my life.
I feel that words cannot truly  express the gratitude that I have for you and for your staff. You have helped me so much and I appreciate everything that you did for me.
 
Who would think  that such a small incident could cause so much damage. When I hurt my hand I thought nothing of it until it got infected I went to doctors at the hospital and Urgent Care but it wasn't until I came to you that I felt that I was in the right hands.
 
Thank you for your skill as a doctor and for making a difference in this world. You were so kind to me and to my mom and I have such admiration for you sir.
 
You are a great instrument of God's work and I feel that a doctor is one of the greatest gifts.
People don't often take this time to say thank you but I want you to know that you make such a difference in this world and helping people to recover and become healthy it's a blessing in itself. It was my honor  to know you and I hope that in the future we can stay in touch. I can tell that being a doctor was more than just a job to you, it is your true passion and love.
Thank you so much for the kind and gentle person you are, for wearing that white coat and for caring so much about your patience.
 
I pray that you continue to receive the blessing of helping others and that you are blessed in your life beyond measure.
 
I hope that this note expresses the Gratitude and respect that I have for you. Thank you and all the staff members once again for everything.
