Would not recommend!

My main complaint--they're untrustworthy. When I was first looking for a facility and practitioner, I was hoping to find one I trusted to be honest about pricing, the procedures they offer, and the results you could expect. I wanted a reasonable price for quality work. I was nervous about this practice because I had heard and read mixed reviews.

Issue 1: The staff did not mention they would be offering a substantial promotion (discount) for the same procedure two weeks after I scheduled it. I can't believe they didn't know. The timing was just too close. If it had been even a month difference, I would have understood. But two weeks? It made me not trust them.

Issue 2: Possibly more importantly for this review, I'm also not happy with the results of the procedure I got there.

Issue 3: I was willing to forgive this before my bad pricing experience, but the process included some issues with the machine (they couldn't get it to work at first!) And I got to have a trainee do part of the work! Not the most reassuring experience and I did not expect it going in--or get warned or get a discount (of course not, at this place:)

But back to disappointing results--I think they bank (literally) on you having to do this procedure twice.

It feels like the kind of place that is all about money and not about long-term relationships--which confirmed my initial worst fears.

So I would back up the other negative reviews on Yelp and in other places. Don't go here. I had been planning to go for other procedures, but now I'm back to searching for another vendor.

Or maybe this negative experience will save me more money in the long term and I'll find myself being less vain and a better person, so there's that possibility:)
