I hate to give a low rating but they have to address their office phones and issues. I have called several times to make appointments or to change an appointment and they never answer after a long introductory message, and when it goes to voice mail it always says it’s full. Their office doesn’t seem to be managed well nor run smoothly. Once, I was given a consultation appointment, and when I spoke to the doctor, he told me he doesn’t perform this surgery (revision rhinoplasty) at all! The receptionist should have found out and told me this before wasting my time. I’ve just noticed way too much chaos for how a doctors office should be running. The phones alone must be costing them a huge amount of business. The cold reception when you arrive doesn’t help either. This is probably more a constructive criticism review than an actual Doctor’s review, I believe the doctors are great, it’s the phones and management that seem to be in need of improvement. I gave two stars for the actual appointments I’ve had which were good, and deserve more stars, but the chaos deserves zero stars. UPDATE. I haven’t called them personally lately, but I have heard they’re making changes and improving!
