Don’t go there. They nickel and dime you and overcharge you for not doing much on a visit.
I went for a consultation for rhinoplasty and they charged me $150 for that. I was fine with that charge. When I was there I let the nurse know that I also had had trouble breathing my whole life and whether that is a separate issue that would need to be addressed and whether surgery for that was needed too.
They put this spray up my nose so the doctor could see inside my nose better. It turns out I had an allergic reaction to it as it made me sneeze for 6 hours straight afterwards. I was panicking, I called the clinic and talked to the nurse and she told me to give it time. 6 hours of uncontrollable sneezing, watery eyes and runny nose!
I then get a bill for $213 in addition to the plastic surgery consultation cost of $150. I have no idea what I was charged for besides the doctor looking up my nose and giving me something I’m allergic to.
I called to dispute the charge and billing just told me to basically pay it. I said I don’t think that’s a fair charge given the doctor didn’t do anything related to my breathing besides look up my nose and tell me here is the cost of the surgery.

I’m so frustrated by their lack of care or customer service. They just want to suck you dry and take your money before they even do any surgery. Let alone the cost of the surgeries!

I’m definitely not trusting my face to them!
