I had a tumor removed. They were not able to get it all since they did not do any scans prior to surgery. I was under the impression that they had removed it all. A week later they called to let me know th eg didn’t get the margins. They told me that it was beyond their scope to do this surgery and I should consult an. ENT doctor. So I had to start all over! If they had done an ultrasound prior to the surgery, all of this could have been avoided. My ENT doctor said they most likely only were able to remove enough of the tumor to get a biopsy. My surgery was in February and I’m just now recovering from my second surgery which took 6 hours. They should have known it was beyond their capabilities before putting me through all of this. I have paid them in full for a job they couldn’t and didn’t complete. I would advise you to seek a second opinion before doing any surgery with them.
