Paul Madlock, Dr

1.0

I had Dr. Madlock perform double jaw surgery on me, and it was the worst experience in my life. I developed an infection in my jaw shortly after the surgery and repeatedly expressed my concerns about the amount of pain I was having. He ignored my concerns for several weeks until there was green pus coming out of the incision in my mouth. By this point, the infection had already moved into my bone and began making me incredibly sick. I was taken to the emergency room and admitted to the hospital. When Dr. Madlock was informed of my condition (osteomyelitis), he disagreed with the diagnosis that I was given by three separate doctors. At this point, I didn’t trust him and had to pay several thousand dollars to a new surgeon to care for me. My new surgeon informed me that not only had the infection entered my bone but it had also killed part of my bone (osteonecrosis) and had to be removed from my lower jaw. I had to have five separate surgeries in four months and now have permanent nerve damage on the lower half of my face resulting from his procedure. Dr. Madlock is not only condescending and rude, but he is not capable of acknowledging/diagnosing issues that may occur after his procedures. This man should not be a doctor, and is a danger to all of his patients.
