May 20, 2024Completely wasted my time and charged my insurance for unnecessary services. Once when trying to book an appointment the person who answered the phone could not tell in the system what type of appointment I needed, was rude and told me I canceled a surgery which was not true. I found the people who answered the phones and front desk staff to be rude and unhelpful in every experience I had at Dr Friedman’s office.The last appointment I had when I showed up the receptionist told me the doctor was no where to be found and asked me to reschedule. Why would they wait until I show up for the appointment to tell me they don’t know where the doctor is? He finally appears and tells me his staff would reach out to me with treatment options. 6 months later after being abandoned by his office I emailed looking for an update. He said I never brought him the CT scan he asked me to have done even though I did sit with him and look at it with him on a computer in the front desk area. He also shares his office with another doctor who told me only skinny white women have small noses. Very disappointing waste of time in my experience.
