Oct 22, 2024Worst experience. After learning the devastating news of having cancer, and having a bilateral mastectomy, I placed myself in the hands of a doctor who does not listen to his patient. Thanks to this, after seven surgeries in a span of ten months, I now had to endure one more. Surgeries present long recovery, both physical and financial. The results of this last surgery were clearly not great, but, I found out, this doctor does not accept any negative comments, even as gently and politely laid out as mine were. Not only was he not willing to revise this last surgery, but he also fired me as a patient in the most cowardly way: he let his office director handle the unsavory deed. Therefore I had to go to another plastic surgeon to finish and correct his work. I wish I had selected this other surgeon from the beginning.
