Nov 22, 2024I was so excited to try this place since a friend of my recommended it. The morning of my appointment I woke up sick and with a sore throat so I cancelled as to not get my esthetician sick. I was told I would now lose my $100 deposit for cancelling and that I should have given 24 hour notice. If I had felt sick 24 hours in advance I would have cancelled. I understand policies and cancellations, but taking $100 as a penalty is NOT right. Especially when I was being courteous as to not spread sickness. If you happen to wake up the day of a your appt not feeling well go in sick….so you don’t lose money.
