I was in an accident in July of 2022. My face went through a passenger window and was sliced up and had bits of glass in my cuts. He stitched me up and I thought he had removed all the glass. When I went for my follow up I tried to raise concern about a mass in my cheek. He was more interested in telling me about my face being insignificantly uneven and told me it was scar tissue. He never once touched my face to feel the mass, and chased me down the hall to ask me to leave a Google review. Now over a year later, I've had a small piece of glass come out of my lip, so I went to my doctor about the mass. They removed an absolutely massive piece of glass from the accident and said I was lucky it didn't get infected. Maybe if he had stopped to look at my face as he chased me down the hall he may have realized what it was. Otherwise, the places he did stitch up did end up with minimal if any scarring. Glass from my face is shown in the picture provided.
