Nov 22, 2024I’d like to share photos Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks masterful work of reconstructive surgery so that everyone could see his work on my nose in which had made me a more happier person than ever before. When I was ten years old I had gotten in a terrible bike accident causing me to get a hematoma and destroying my nose cartilage, eventually I got my hematoma removed and then we met Dr. Riddles a rhinoplasty surgeon who had worked on my nose twice at a really young age and ended up falling thus causing my nose to disfigure both inside and out using my ear cartilage on the right side of my ear instead of the left side. So for eighteen years my breathing through my nose was awful and that I looked ugly when I looked at the mirror or talking to people made me embarrassed than when I was twenty seven years old a neighbor told my mother about a surgeon named Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks a world renowned reconstructive/plastic surgeon that helped my neighbor’s daughter get her nose fixed. So me and my mom went and made an appointment with him and within a few months in 2017 we met him and he brought us to his exam room to inspect my nose. As he was examining my nose he noticed how awful the inside and outside of my nose was and wondered who did my rhinoplasty and we told him Dr. Riddles then he responded how old were you when he did your rhinoplasty then we responded when I was in elementary and used my right ear cartilage instead of my left ear then Dr. Fairbanks responded you never ever rhinoplasty at that age nor use ear cartilage as it crumbles in time. So then my parents knew he was a grandmaster and set up a reconstructive rhinoplasty surgery in august of 2018, then as my surgery day came up he told my parents that he’s going to graft rib cartilage and reshape my nose the best he can along with his son and that it will take ten hours to fix both inside and out. As my surgery was done I was sent to Lakeview hospital and the price for staying there was awesome, so after staying at that Lakeview hospital for three days the cost was five hundred dollars a night making it a total of thousand five hundred dollars for three nights unlike other hospitals they cost an arm a leg and a tooth just for a few days. After the surgery was done I didn’t at the mirror after a few weeks of healing I wanted to surprise myself so I looked at my mirror at home for the first time and I balled my eyes out seeing my normal nose again and when I decided to jog/run my whole block I couldn’t believe how far I could go without dying for oxygen. So for five years with a fixed nose I smile seeing my fixed nose in the mirror and can confidently talk to people without being embarrassed so if I were you reading this and are thinking of getting something fixed or improved or someone you know that needs it I highly recommend you do so cause you’ll never find someone like Grandmaster plastic/reconstructive surgeon Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks who can fix anything or improve the human structure better than any other plastic surgeon in the world. Now if your wondering why my left nostril is higher then my right one and the bridge of my nose is crooked it’s because of Dr.Riddle’s who damaged my nose and not Dr.Fairbanks and that there was nothing he could do to fix Dr.Riddle’s mistake so if you ever go to Dr.Fairbanks for the first time you’ll look like how you were originally when not injured.
