I LOVE my new body but would i recommend Dr.Marshall to anyone else? Honestly I don’t think so. Here’s why. I came to Beverly Hills thinking I would get GREAT customer service and I was disappointed to find out otherwise. I rather pay more money for peace of mind and that includes great customer service. If I would have known I’d be treated this way I would have gone elsewhere! I came to Beverly Hills thinking I was getting the best of the best

Paid my deposit around June/July & was told 3 weeks before surgery he wanted to see me the next day. Very last minute but I booked a hotel last minute & had to scramble for my partner to take an extra day off work. Then day of surgery I was told no, he will see me in a week! I lost $400 on my hotel & this information should have been given to me when I gave my deposit! Upsetting because Marshall couldn’t see me after surgery & I would have liked for my doctor to make sure I was okay.

Then what really got me upset was my nurse Silvia. She had ZERO BED SIZE MANNER. I was in shock at how she treated me and so was my partner. So 3 weeks before my surgery I asked one of the medical assistants how I was going to leave the hospital. I even asked if they would wheel me out in a wheelchair and she told me no. That Marshall didn’t even like when girls came with a walker and he wanted to walk right away. It threw me off but i said okay. Then right after the surgery I was clearly all drugged up trying to wake up and nurse Silvia told me to sit in the wheelchair. I was so confused because my doctor told me repeatedly NOT TO SIT AT ALL. So I told Silvia “but I can’t sit” she repeated in a STERN voice “sit down” I said “is there a bbl pillow” and she repeated “SIT DOWN” in a stern rude tone. I just listened to her because maybe I just didn’t see the bbl pillow. Then she takes me to the elevator and I’m squeezed in the middle with two strangers to my left and two strangers to my right. We could all barely fit in that elevator but I just closed my eyes because I was so embarrassed. (Like, there was no patient dignity). Then we get downstairs and my partner had the back of my car ready for me. She tells him I can’t sit up front because I can’t sit and he told her all my stuff was set up in the back. She said “get up” in a stern voice and told me “get in” in a stern voice and left! I felt like a chop shop where they just drop you off and leave immediately after like just another number. She didn’t even talk to my partner or say anything. I feel like “surgery went well, I hope you guys drive safe” or SOMETHING! Even my partner was taken back at how she handled everything. Personally I didn’t expect her to go completely out of her way to be sweet but HELLO. I JUST HAD SURGERY! Being polite is so important when someone just came out of surgery. I wish that rather than being rude telling me to sit on the wheelchair with that tone she could have just said it nicer “I know they told you not to sit but it’s totally okay for now”. Something along those lines!

Here’s the catch. I thought it was just my experience but NOPE. I told my massage therapist about my experience and she told me that a lot of girls she’s massaged from Marshall actually complained about similar stuff! She told me not one person has said something nice about nurse Silvia. So right when she told me that i was like “okay, it’s not just me”. If I was a doctor and I heard my nurse was treating patients like this I would have an immediate talk or get her removed if I found out she was treating patients this way.
Over all, it was upsetting and disappointing that this was the service in Beverly Hills. I’ve gotten better customer service in Mexico! I paid so much money thinking I was going to be treated amazing just to be let down
