I have been a patient of Dr. Tran since childhood and he has always been cordial. However, my encounters with the new female doctor at the same medical facility have been consistently disappointing lately. I went in for a routine check-up and expressed some concerns about my health. Instead of listening to my concerns and taking them seriously, she brushed them off and gave me a dismissive attitude.

When I asked about getting further tests done to investigate my concerns, the female doctor was unprofessional and refused to provide me with any additional testing. She seemed annoyed with my questions and was condescending in her tone and even tried gaslighting me.

As someone who puts their trust in their doctor to provide them with quality care, I was incredibly let down by this new doctor's lack of professionalism and poor attitude. It's clear that she doesn't take her patients seriously or value their input in their own health care.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about their well-being and is willing to go above and beyond to provide them with the care they need. Not just myself, but also other members of my family had unpleasant encounters with this female doctor on multiple occasions. Save yourself the frustration and find a different doctor who will take your concerns seriously and treat you with respect.
