First time patient and yet I felt as if I were visiting friends. All staff are so friendly and very professional. I met with Mary for a consultation and found her to be warm, very open and friendly. She was able to tell me that what I needed was not what I wanted. She gave very clear explanations and offered various other services that were far less costly while producing a result appropriate to my age. I'm looking forward to a facial and my first treatment.
Also, there's no hard sell, upselling or pressure to purchase the most expensive skin care products available in the office. They give pros and cons, and let you decide.
I left feeling positiveabout my experience, excited about treatment and as if Mary and I had know each other for years..
