UPDATE: I got a generic email from this office asking about my experience which I led them to my initial review here. I was called shortly after by "Ginger." My concerns were never addresses internally. The person who originally did my cool sculpting (she no longer works here) kept this issue to herself. Ginger got me in almost immediately to look at my concerns and she re treated the area I was displeased with. The first time I did the 2 treatments, I was left with 2 huge embarrassing bruises in the size of the suction plates. This time, I have minimal cosmetic flaw. I should of just called to speak with someone after the first couple of months of the last tech evading the situation, but I assumed the issue was known throughout the office. Ginger is phenomenal. Too bad I'm moving or I would of continued to treat with her. Anyone who schedules with her will be in good hands!

I went to this facility back in April for cool sculpting. I did my chin area and I also did one other area. I was concerned that the other area had no results, but after my 90 days, I was wrong. With my chin area, I noticed that when I smiled, it was completely uneven. I mentioned it multiplie times and when I came in, I was given multiple excuses on why it came out uneven. I wanted to do the procedure again, but asked if there was a way for the side that was uneven get touched up for free before I spend over a grand. She said she could put me down as a demo patient. She scheduled an appt for me during an event, but I wasn’t able to make it. I reached out multiple times since then and still have not been rescheduled. It’s been maybe going on 5 months? I went and got 2 other professionals opinions and they BOTH said it looks like the placement of both were off from each other which is extremely disappointing. I’m going to assume since it’s been so long and no one has reached back out, this issue is not going to be resolved.
