Sep 21, 2024Appt was scheduled for 845am. The office door was locked until at least 855am. Then after sitting in waiting room until 925 am without anyone acknowledging me, I went to the back and said “excuse me can I ask you a question”. I was rudely told they were in a meeting and would be with me shortly. That same staff person then came out to waiting room to call a different patient and did not even alnowl she that I had a question. Horrible customer service and complete lack of respect for my time.
