Sep 19, 2024I had services done here that ended up not looking any different than what I originally had started with . Dr Jacobson told me that it is normal for settling after surgery and after a month and comparing before and after pictures he had agreed. I have pretty nasty scarring that looked more so of a butcher than of a cut . He knew I was upset and I didn’t really feel cared about . He offered to do a redo for free but I would still have additional charges. This was a service I paid 15k for . I had zero positives and a lot of scarring and to be honest I am more self conscious now than I was before the procedure . I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with how my situation was handled . Because I didn’t feel cared about I didn’t even go back for the redo. Now I have paid a large sum of money and am worse off than I was originally .
