Worst ever! See Dr Love 1st time for laser black spot removal consultants, 2nd time for the procedure, Dr Love ask me the same question about what i need to be done on my face and ect... i ask her why she didnt write everythings down what we discussed for the 1st time. After that i have bad experince with $40 bill. Dr Love told i have to pay $40 copay for 1st visit, but not 2nd time on the day of precudure. They still send me a bill for $40 for 2nd visit. I paid $40 for 1st visit. Call and talk to billing office twice, no luck with $40 bill.Try to call the Dr office a few times leave a message for Dr Love, no reply. Call back leave a message for manager, she call back afeter a week. She is very profesional and take time to explain. Told her everyhtings what was going on... she say she will talk to Dr Love and will try to get everything better, no one call back to apologize. The reason i went through all this, not because i dont want to pay $40, i want to talk to Dr Love why she said that, if she dont know dont tell me anything, leave that questions with billing or insurance personnel. The result on my procedure, the black spot got bigger scar after procedure. Im very disappointed with the result... i will not use this Dr Love again and will not refer to anyone... they are not professional at all... :-(
