I had drooping eyelids fix surgery done by Dr. Min.

My PCP refered me to eye doctor through insurance, also gave me a plastic surgeon’s name Dr. Min. Waiting for the insurance authorization, I consulted Dr. Min as well.

Insurance coverage was irresistible, although ophthalmologist’s process took almost forever. Appointments to see doctor, tests… more than half a year later finally doctor said she set up my surgery date and told me to wait for the surgery coordinator’s call for the detail. Never got the call, tried to ask the office several times, left messages myself, but up until surgery date nothing. I made that date available, my husband was ready to give me a ride, but ended up just waste of time.

I was patient enough, but all those experiences convinced me not to go under the knife by such a broken system.

I contacted Dr. Min and everything went smooth. She was reliable and ready to answer any question or concern. Being able to talk or write to the doctor directly is so important and precious, you know sometimes physical condition does not allow you to wait too long.

Please prepare for some downtime/ redness or puffy eyelids. it took longer than expected for me, but should depends on the individual, some people would heal faster. Now after few weeks I am very happy with the result. Compared with my “before photo”, I look much better and natural, yes natural! I am glad I trusted Dr. Min.
