The scheduling process started off as a headache but once we got that schedule, everything was good. I've had Tricare Select for 10 years and I know my insurance in my sleep. I was told I needed a referral for weeks and I didn't until the office finally decided to call Tricare and confirm. The receptionist apologized after she called Tricare to verify. Once I had my appt, the staff was top notch from beginning to end. I wanted Dr. Kline because I was told he was the best! So far his office has been great.
