Before I leave a review, I would like the potential patients to know who I am. I am a double-Board certified high-risk obstetrician and gynecologist and pelvic surgeon. I have been in practice for over fifty years and I was trained by one of the greatest surgeons of his time in the 70s. As a OB/GYN resident who assists ALL surgeries, one KNOWS who the best ones are. I chose the best to be my own OB/GYN.

That person was Dr. Sophie Bartsich's father. He was kind, thoughtful and so good in surgery. Going forward, when I was doing my research for bilateral brachioplasty (for my batwings), Dr. Sophie Bartsich's name appeared on Google and then I remembered that "my" Dr. Bartsich had a daughter who went into plastic and reconstructive surgery. I told myself, "If her hands are like her father's hands, that's the surgeon I am going to."

I made an appointment to see her and she, too, was thoughtful, professional, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and was very affable. Her staff (including Jamie) were most accommodating.

I underwent the procedure shortly thereafter and let me tell you something, her hands are as skilled as her father's and the surgery went beautifully. My standards are very high and Dr. Sophie Bartsich exceeded all of them.

I know there are many reviews, but hopefully my review is from the perspective of not only being a surgeon myself but also knowing the pedigree of Dr. Bartsich and the unspoken aspects of any surgery. In two words, "SHE'S PHENOMENAL!!"
