Had consultation with Dr. Kleiman on July 21, 2017 for rhinoplasty, hair removal (Groupon deal) and suggestions for under eye darkness.

Didn't wait too long to be seen. I am a new patient so I had to fill out paperwork about my desires and medical history. Dr. Kleiman is very friendly. I felt comfortable with the appointment other than a little rushed. Because this is surgery (rhinoplasty) I had a lot to say and ask about it. I don't feel like I had the opportunity to really elaborate on everything I wanted but I do have another follow up "consultation" appointment (August 1, 2017) to discuss the surgery further, costs, before and after photos (possible outcome), etc; along with my first laser hair removal

I have updated my rating from a 4 to a 2. My laser hair removal process went well. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I saw great results after my 3 sessions. However, I ended up going to South Korea for my surgery. The total price for the surgery (including using my insurance) was at the high end, based on other estimates I received. I also did not like my experience with the coordinator for surgery. She was pushy and unpleasant to speak with. I have spoke to other clients and some were not pushed to make a full payment weeks before their surgery. I didn’t appreciate the difference in how I was treated. I wanted to go back for more hair removal but I don’t feel comfortable anymore, after the bad experience with the coordinator. I have unused credit with them but I’ll just count it as a lost.
