UPDATE! UPDATE!

Earlier this week, I had a lovely follow-up appointment with Dr. Kotler and Mary. I had not seen them since my last procedure back in 2020, so as you can imagine it felt like a lifetime had gone by and there was so much to talk about! I received a warm welcome at their brand new office. It was a pleasure to reconnect again.

I am still so happy with the results of my last procedure. I had a minimal set of the permanent nose injections, perfected by Dr Kotler. My result is beautiful and looks as fresh as the day I had it done. The only adjustment I wanted to make for myself personally was to have some fullness injected into the very bottom of my nose. I used to have a very full columella, but unfortunately a DIFFERENT surgeon had completely removed it during my surgical rhinoplasty back in 2015. I’ve always missed that part of my nose.

Dr. Kotler listened to all of my wants and also looked over the old photos I brought in showcasing my original pre-op nose (I came fully prepared this time)! Doctor was happy to oblige, and also explained how he was going to administer the filler, stating that the bottom portion of the nose requires careful planning because the blood vessels need the appropriate space to aid in proper blood flow.

4 days later…I am THRILLED with the result! It looks so beautiful and it adds a tiny, little bit of detail to my face that I really missed for so many years. It looks so great from the front, and especially the side profile. Dr Kotler has not only instilled great confidence within me…In his care, he has taught me to trust again.

Seeking treatment from Dr. Kotler is one of the BEST decisions I ever made. When proper research meets an incredible surgeon, with a dash of divine timing, you are blessed with beautiful results! I began researching revision procedures after recovering from an unsatisfactory rhinoplasty performed by a different doctor in 2015. I was so unhappy with the result of my previous surgery. My nose was too thin, too pointy, too tilted.
I quickly set up an appointment to meet Dr. Kotler after seeing many online articles showcasing his advancements in the use of silicon as a permanent filler. It was incredible to witness! After my first initial injection, which took only about 5-10 minutes, my nose immediately took on a more soft, natural shape. Dr. Kotler listened to my wants and concerns and mapped out a procedural plan that included two more sets of injections (this is to insure that the nose will adapt to the filler as it settles comfortably).
I AM IN LOVE with my new nose and profile! I couldn’t be happier with the finished result and more importantly than anything else is that Dr. Kotler and his team (shout out to Mary & Annette) were beyond kind, patient and assuring! I was actually sad saying goodbye after my final session, but as far as Im concerned, I consider myself a loyal patient for life!
