Nov 1, 2024GO ELSEWHERE! This has been the absolute worst attempt at trying to get help from a plastic surgeon I have ever experienced. The office manager is extremely rude and acting as though I should be excited when they have cancelled on us last minute, or 72 minutes AFTER, the scheduled appt time. We have cleared 2 Monday afternoons, missing hours of pay between my husband and I, and made sure we were available and waiting for a video call. Only for them to call and say I’m sorry but you’re out of luck on your appointment time. Completely unimpressed. Not to mention they charged us the consult fee without being seen. What could be considered Theft by definition. It seems like this surgeon is extremely overworked, and I can see why with the office manager failing to schedule according to his availability and having to squeeze people in Elsewhere after missing consult appts. It’s simple organization people! We run multiple successful businesses and would be happy to school you on time management if you’d like to set up an appt with my husband or I, and I can assure you we won’t be unprofessional and cancel on you last minute. We have respect for other people’s time and schedules. I would suggest quit scheduling appointments when the surgeon isn’t 100% available. Also, I highly suggest hiring a new office manager because the miserable female you have running the show now is worthless and you should be ashamed to have her representing your practice after the way she spoke to me. She claims she has been there 20 years...no idea how she’s accomplished that. No way we would have someone with that low of a level of customer service skills in any position of any sort of authority, even if it is only over a Poorly ran plastic surgeons office. Best of Luck, y’all definitely need it.
