My appointment started 30 minutes late, and neither of the two assistants at the front desk ever offered to provide any help or to check to see what was going on.

When the provider finally came out, she didn't apologize or explain why she was 30 minutes late.

For such high prices, clients should expect better customer service.

Furthermore, the results aren't that great and not necessarily worth the high costs.

There are better providers in the DC area with much better service and customer treatment.

I won't be going back, and I won't recommend this office to any of my friends.

If you don't mind poor customer service, though, it may be the place for you!
