Disappointed.
My review is not for Dr.Keefe because I didn’t meet him at my new patient appointment. My review is for the staff member that brought me from the waiting room to the examination room and all but told me that I’m wasting my time here. After she noticed I have Hashimoto’s her mind was made up that I didn’t need to be there and told me to talk with my ENDO about it at my next appointment. Told me that she doesn’t like wasting her patients time and money if they don’t need to be seen. Which could be appreciated, had I not had other symptoms that were ignored.
After she spoke with Dr.Keefe she gave me the choice to continue with the appointment or to go home and be refunded. I chose to leave since she made me feel as though I was wasting my time and theirs. She made it out to the receptionist that my Endo has been tweaking my Armour Thyroid and that is why I’m having the symptoms I am. Even though I’ve had awful post nasal drip and constant snorting to clear my throat since I was an early teen. Also that I never spoke about my medication being changed in dosage, etc.

I would also like to remind her that the doors and walls are very thin. Everything, true or false said about a patient to the Doctor is heard.

Dr.Keefe was highly recommended by a close friend, however, I will never come back here after my experience with that staff member.
