Minus one star...I called for an appointment and was told my problem would need to be seen in 24 to 48 hours. They needed to check my insurance, which is Medicare, with a supplemental. They never called me back, so I called again and was put on hold for more than 15 minutes and no one picked up or called me back. Maybe they really dont want Medicare? If this is how they handle calls for appointments, I would be worried how they handle billing or other patient calls. I wont call again.
