I am very disappointed with the handling of my recent appointments. Initially, I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 PM, but when I received a confirmation call, I noticed it had been changed to 10:00 AM. I informed the representative that my appointment was supposed to be at 3:15 PM, not 10:00 AM. She then informed me that they had to change it (without asking me) because of surgeries.

I asked if there was any availability at 3:00 pm or 4:00 PM, but she said no. As a result, I had to rearrange my work schedule and accept an appointment at 2:15 PM the next day. The day before my appointment, they called to confirm the 2:15 PM time, and I confirmed.

However, just 10 minutes before my appointment, I received another call informing me that the doctor was running late due to surgeries. This was very frustrating as I had already driven 1 hour and 10 minutes to be on time. They asked if I could come in at 4:00 PM, but they couldn’t guarantee the doctor would be on time. No consideration at all.

As someone who works in the OR, I know that you are aware of the doctor's delays well in advance. This is extremely disrespectful and shows a complete lack of regard for my time.
