Very rude and disrespectful reception for my first appointment that was scheduled for 8 AM. I showed up at 8:10 and was treated as if I committed a crime. Their employee, Vanessa is a liability to this practice. She should not be a front office employee, especially with new patients, she obviously does not want to be there. I have a teenager with autism and she had an issue the morning of my appointment which is the reason I was late. Of course they don't care about that. Anyway the doctors may be good, but if you want an office where you're treated respectfully, as you should be as a patient or a new patient, You might want to look elsewhere. I'm always surprised , as a business owner and entrepreneur myself, when I see a local business, a people business, put unfriendly people at the front that don't have a clue about the necessity of providing a welcoming experience for new patients coming in for care.
