This has definitely been a wonderful experience overall. Dr. Patronella by far is an expert in his speciality and has great bedside manner. Since the day I met him for my consultation to day of my post-op home visit, Dr. Patronella and his staff was truly amazing! The great culture of the environment within his company truly showed within everyone I encountered from the receptionist, medical assistants, nurses, nurse practitioner, anesthesiologist. This was my very first procedure ever in life and his entire team made me feel safe, and not only cared for me physically but emotional as well. Anytime I had questions or concerns Eva, Diana or someone from his team was quick to respond. The added perks, accommodation arrangements, constant check-ins/follow-ups, and education kept me worry free and made this process so easy and smooth. Mrs. Connie was my nurse for my home visit and that was just the icing on the cake! Having someone come check on you in the comfort of your own home was so convenient. Mrs. Connie was very knowledgeable, very sweet, and I appreciated the all detailed information and tips she gave me while educating me and doing my assessment. She made sure I understood everything in my pack and all my questions were answered. Hands down the best experience ever and would recommend ACPS to anyone! Thank you Dr. Patronella and the ACPS team for giving me the best care!
